We are working with Bunk1, a long time Aldersgate partner to develop a new, more user-friendly registration system. We think that the new system is easier to use, and will make arrival day faster and more efficient.
Here are some quick answers to some questions you might have:
Do I have to create a new account in the new system? Yes. Your old user name and password couldn’t be transferred from the old system, so a new account needs to be created.
What are my payment options? You can pay with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Please note that your camper’s registration is not official until we receive and process your payment.
How will my credit card be processed? The card number and other information will be transmitted to our office and we will process it using our in-office system. The online card processing should be available within a few weeks.
If I want to pay by check/money order or cash, how do I pay? Select that option during the registration process. Then mail a check (do not send cash!) to the camp office at Camp Aldersgate, 1043 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, RI 02857. Checks are deposited electronically. You can bring cash payments to our office at the same address. Please note that your camper’s registration is not official until we receive payment.
If I need to request financial assistance, what should I do? You can register your camper in the online system. We ask that everyone at least pay the registration deposit, even if you need financial assistance. Our campership application is available here.
Oh no! I found a bug in the system! What should I do? Please call Lee at the camp office at 401-568-4350, and we will work to correct the issue.

- On the page that pops up, create a Username and Password. *Keep these for future reference.
- Then fill out YOUR name and contact information (not your child’s).
- From there, you will see instructions on how to complete registration.
