We offer Camperships for all programs.  It is the policy of Camp Aldersgate that no one is turned away because of inability to pay for camp.  We believe that camp is an especially wonderful place for people to come and experience growth of their faith.  At the same time, we need to ensure that we are financially able to continue to offer a campership to anyone who is in need.  We also believe in partnering with you and your congregation in this ministry.  In order to fulfill all of these standards, we have established the following policy:



1.  To request a campership, fill out this form along with a registration form or online registration confirmation.

2.  Most congregations have a campership fund for those who attend camp.  If you have a congregation, please contact your pastor to inquire how the congregation might provide a portion of your campership request.

3.  Please include the $75 deposit with the form or pay when registering online.  We expect that the deposit portion of your registration will be paid by you.  If you cannot afford the deposit, please ask your pastor to contact the camp directly.

4.  Please send a thank you note, so that we can pass it on to our contributors who make this program possible.  (The note can be anonymous.)

Our campership program is a partnership between the family, congregation, and the camp.  Please consider what your family can contribute toward the cost of camp.  Please keep in mind that the normal living expenses of your camper during his/her time at camp will be reduced.  It is extremely rare that we grant camperships without family participation in some camp costs.  Contact your pastor or congregational leadership to see what amount your congregation may contribute.  If you know the amount your congregation has agreed to contribute, enter this amount below to figure the amount of campership you are applying for.  By submitting this application, you agree that camper information can be shared with your pastor for campership request purposes.
