Year Round Staff

About our leadership...Our facility is staffed year round by an Executive Director, Jennifer Becker Carpenter, M.A..  Her background in Social Work along with over 20 years in professional camping and youth ministry brings leadership that emphasizes individual camper attention, high safety standards, a spiritual camp experience, and training strong Christian staff.  Jenn has a Masters Degree in Leadership with a concentration in Camping Ministry from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. 

Carrie White, our Summer Camp Director has a long tradition with Camp Aldersgate both as a camper and eight years on staff.  She attended Saint Josephs College in Standish, Maine, and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. She brings a passion and dedication to her job that ensures a safe & enriching camp experience for everyone!  Carrie brings not only a gift at being our best campfire starter, but also a love for the community and fun each campfire brings!
